  • With one leg forward, bend towards the elbows and keep your back leg straight.
  • With your heel on the floor, stretch your calf muscles gently making sure you don’t hurt yourself.
  • Repeat the process with the other remaining foot.

The stretching procedures are crucial as they help your feet to relive some tensions and make your muscles to relax. Finally, it is important to but on the right shoes that fits you. The shoes should match the arch of your foot and should give your toes some allowances.
